My approach to fitness is about maximizing performance above everything else. The purpose of all the workouts I construct is to increase the skill level of any given movement. If you can move safely with purpose and efficiency then every fitness goal will fall into place. I specialize in using unique body weight movements coupled with unconventional training tools such as steel maces, sandbags, and kettlebells.
