Modern day life has wreaked havoc on our bodies and mental states by pushing us to towards desk jobs where we quite literally sit our lives away. Most of our lives are full of sugar and absent of essential nutrients and movement.  As a certified primal health coach, I can guide you towards a lifestyle that is backed not just by science, but by your genes themselves.

Fitness Coaching

I believe that focused movement done often and with intention can be the medicine for most ailments. I specialize in teaching full body strength, balance, and conditioning with an emphasis on body weight and kettlebell movements.
